RESOLUTION 64-40 OVERRULING THE ZONING <br />ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING A VARIANCE ON <br />APPLICATION NO. 1891 FILED BY WILLIAM <br />FRANCIS ROBB AND LOUISE W. ROBB, SUBJECT <br />TO CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator <br />DENIED a variance on Variance Application No. 1891, filed by <br />WILLIAM FRANCIS ROBB and LOUISE W. ROBB, and Appeal Application <br />NO. 122 was duly filed by the applicants presenting the matter to <br />the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, <br />has determined that said Variance Application meets the requirements <br />of Section 9250.8 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, that the decision <br />of the Zoning Administrator should be overruled, and that said <br />Variance should be granted subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha does hereby overrule the decision of the <br />Zoning Administrator and does hereby grant a variance on Variance <br />Application No. 1891 to permit the construction of two one-bedroom <br />apartment units on an R-1 lot having an existing single family <br />residence and to reduce the required rear yard on property located <br />at 705 South Orange Avenue, Santa Ana, California. Said Variance <br />is granted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.
