WHEREAS, MACCO REALTY COMPANY, a California corporation, as

<br />December 31, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes for
<br />Talbert Avenue, Main Street to Flower Street~ and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, HARRY L. BOUCHIER and SUSANNA H. BOUCHIER, husband
<br />and wife, and GEORGE DUN~ON, INC., a California corporation, have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated February 10, 1964, conveying
<br />easements for street and drainage purposes at the north side of
<br />Warner Avenue, West of Main Street~ and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, AGAJANIAN INVESTMENT CORPORATION, a corporation, and
<br />SANTA ANITA INVESTMENTS, INCORPOBATED, a corporation, have delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated March 31, 1964, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes at the northeast corner of Harbor Boulevard and
<br />McFadden Avenue~ and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE K. THOMPSON has presented to the City a deed
<br />dated March 25, 1964, conveying an easement for sewer purposes at
<br />the northeast corner of Willowick Golf Course~ and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ERMA B. GUNTHER has delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated March 25, 1964, conveying an easement for sewer purposes at
<br />the northeast corner of First and Harper Streets~ and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CAL ENTERPRISES, a partnership cc~poeed of J. B.
<br />GREENBERG and DAN GREENBERG, has delivered to the City a deed dated
<br />March 9, 1964, conveying an easement for street purposes on the west
<br />side of Main Street at Central Avenue~ and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JAY BROOKS and MYRTLE BROOKS have delivered to the
<br />city a deed dated August 15, 1963, conveying an easement for street
<br />purposes on the north side o~ McFadden Avenue, east of Sullivan
<br />Street~ and
<br />
<br /> WHEP~EAS, DON L. W~BER and GLORIA J. WEBER have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated March 19, 1964, conveying an easement ~or
<br />street purposes on the east side of Grand Avenue, south of Warren
<br />Street~ and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, EMMET C. ROGERS and JUNA ROGERS have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated March 17, 1964, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the west side of Bristol Street and the north
<br />side of Eighth Street~ and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, D. P. LEONARD, also known as DOXANDER P. LEONARD,
<br />and EDNA M. LEONARD, husband and wife, and ORANGE INTERNATIONAL
<br />VILLAGE, a California corporation, have delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated March 3, 1964, conveying an easement for sewer purposes on the
<br />east side of Bristol Street at West Orange Road~ and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, SANTA ANA HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY (now
<br />known as the SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT) has delivered to the
<br />City a deed dated March 11, 1964, conveying an easement for street
<br />purposes at Hemlock and Raitt Streets~ and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all o~ said deeds are without cash consideration
<br />being paid to said grantors by the City.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED= That the City of Santa Aha
<br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
<br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of April, 1964.
