RESOLUTION 64-43 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THOMAS J. PAYNE and LILLIAN PAYNEhave delivered to <br />the City a deed dated March 17, 1964, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the west side of Van Ness Avenue, north of Edinger <br />Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $65.00; said transaction <br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 377513-ET with Title Insurance <br />and Trust Co~pany, Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, EDGAR B. JACKSON and ETHEL THELMA JACKSON have <br />delivered to the City a deed dated April 3, 1964, conveying an ease- <br />ment for street purposes at the northeast corner of Edinger Avenue <br />and Sycamore Street, in consideration of the payment of $15,100.00; <br />said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 51476-C with <br />Security Title Insurance C~mpany, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED= That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deeds and Carl J.
