1 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> 14 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br /> Z0 <br /> <br /> 5O <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INT,:NTION NO. 64-46 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER CHANGES <br />MADE TO THE WORK PREVIOUSLY ORDERED IN RESOLUTION NO. <br />62-177 PURSUANT TO ITS RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. <br />62-156 IN THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN SEWER <br />LIMES TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES AND APPURTENANT WORK <br />WITHIN THE SAID CITY FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 218, AND FIXING THE <br />TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF OBJECTIONS TO CHANGES TO <br />THE WORK IN SAID ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911" being <br />Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California, has heretofore passed and adopted its Resolution of <br />Intention No. 62-156 to order the work described therein in the <br />City of Santa Ana Assessment District No. 218 to be done and had <br />acquired jurisdiction to and has heretofore passed and adopted its <br />resolution ordering the same said work to be done by its Resolution <br />No. 62-177; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no contract has heretofore been awarded for <br />said construction and said Council had and still retains jurisdic- <br />tion of said matter and wishes to make certain changes in the work <br />previously ordered. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana, does resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION I <br /> <br /> That it is the intention of said City Council in the <br />City of Santa Ana Assessment District No. 218, pursuant to provi- <br />sions of Chapter 8.5, Part 3 of Division 7 of the Streets and <br />Highways Code of the State of California, to make the following <br />changes to the work heretofore ordered by its Resolution No. 62-177: <br /> <br /> ELIMINATIONS OF WORK ORIGINALLY ORDERED in: <br /> <br /> Harbor Boulevard, from approximately 250 feet North of <br />Camille to approxim'ately 150 feet South of Bolsa (First Street). <br /> <br /> Harbor Boulevard, from and including the intersection o: <br />Bolsa Avenue (First Street) to approximately 150 feet South of <br />Fifth Street. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
