RESOLUTION 64-49 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF <br />THE ZONING ADMINISTBATOR AND GRANTING A <br />VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. 1920, FILED BY <br />FAIRLANE HOMES, INC., SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE <br />CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator <br />DENIED a variance on Variance Application No. 1920, filed by <br />FAIRLANE HOMES, INC., and Appeal Application No. 126 was duly filed <br />by the applicant presenting the matter to the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, <br />has determined that said Variance Application meets the requirements <br />of Section 9250.8 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, that the decision <br />of the Zoning Administrator should be overruled and that said <br />variance should be granted subject to applicable conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha does hereby overrule the decision of the <br />Zoning Administrator and does hereby grant a variance on Variance <br />Application No. 1920 to waive block wall requirement and to permit <br />the use of a carport as a temporary display office for Tract No.5238 <br />at 631 South Fairview Street, Santa Ana, California. Said Variance <br />is granted subject to the following applicable conditions: <br /> <br />1. That a wall be constructed and located according to Exhibit "A"; <br /> <br />That the temporary sales office be permitted until the last unit <br /> is sold or for a period not to exceed one year, whichever <br /> occurs first. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of April, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
