RESOLUTION 64-78 ACCEPTING A DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SANTA ANA PARK ESTATES UNIT NO. 2, a partnership, <br />has delivered to the City a deed dated April 27, 1964, conveying <br />a 10 foot strip of land for Flower Street, south of Warner Avenue, <br />in consideration of the payment of $1,200.00. Said transaction <br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 51646-C with Security Title <br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Aha accepts said deed and Carl J.
