RESOLUTION NO. ~ RESOLUTION ACGEPTING DEED GRANTING EASE- MENT FOR STRUT PURPOSES WEEREAS, M. J. Morrill, a single man, has presented to the City Council of Santa Ana a grant deed July 21, %947, conveying an easement for all the uses and purposes of a public street in, over and upon all that real property situated in the County of Orange, State of California and described as follows: That portion of Lots 7 and 8, Block "B", Chilton Tract Addition to Santa Ana, as described in Book 3~, Page 93, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, lying Westerly from a line parallel to and distant 30 feet Easterly from the following described line: Beginning at a point on the center lzne of Eighth Street, said point being 5 feet Westerly from the intersection of the extended center line of Flower Street as said street exists Northerly from Eighth Street with the center line of Eighth Street; thence Southerly in a straight line to a point in the center line of Sixth Street said point being distant 309.60 feet Westerly from the intersection of'the center line of Garnsey Street with the cen- ter line of Sixth Street as said line is described in a deed by John William Sackman and Gertrude E. Sackman, recorded in Book ~49, Page 198 of Offic- ial Records, Records of Orange County, California. Excepting therefrom that portion of Flower Street previously granted. BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Santa Ann accepts the deed of said easement in, over and upon the real property herein- above described and the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ann is hereby instructed to record said deed with the County Recorder of Orange County.
