RESOLUTION NO. ~ RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED GRANTING EASEMENT FOR STRUT PURPOSES WHEREAS, Lloyd Hulbert and Anna Hulbert, husband and wife~ have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha a grant deed July 21, 1947, conveying an easement for all the uses and p~rposes of a public street in, over and upon all that real property situated in the Coun- ty of Orange, State of California and described as follows: That portion of a parcel of land bounded on the South by the North Line of the Chilton Tract, as recorded in Book 3~, Page 93, records of Los Angeles County, and extending 205 feet Northerly therefrom, lying Westerly from a line 30 feet Easterly from and parallel 'to the following des- cribed line: Beginning at a point on the center line of Eighth Street, said point being 5 feet Westerly from the intersection of the extended center line of Flower Street as said street exists Northerly from Eighth Street with the center line of Eighth Street; thence Southerly in a straight line to a point in the center line of Sixth Street said point being distant 309.60 feet Westerly from the intersection of the center line of Garnsey Street $it~ the cen- ter line of Sixth Street as said line is described in a deed by John William Sac~man and Gertrude E. Sackman, recorded in Book ~+9, Page 198 of Offic- ial Records, Records of Orange County, California. Excepting therefrom that portion of Flower Street previously granted. BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Santa Aha accepts the deed of said easement in, over and upon the real property hereinabove des- cribed and the City Clerk of the City of S~nta Aha is hereby instruc- ted to record said deed with the County Recorder of Orange County.
