RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS 0R OBJECTIONS TO REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT, APPROVING REPORT AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF FILED WITH THE TAX COLLECTOR. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana did, on the 17th day of March, 1947, pass Resolution No. ~$46, deter- mining and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature and which attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace when d~y and which are noxious and dangerous,.were growing upon the streets, sidewalks, City of Santa Ana, described in the herewith; and WHEREAS, and private property in the itemized report submitted on the ?th day of April, 19A7, the City Council further passed Re~olution No. 3553, ordering the Street Superin- tendent of said City to abate such public nuisance; and WHEREAS, the said Street Superintendent has given notice as required by law, in which notice the 4th day of August, 1947, at the hou~ of 7:30 o'clock p.m., was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place, where any and all persons interested in the said report might be heard; and WHEREAS, at the time set the Street Superintendent submitted the said report, and all of said probests or objections to said report having been heard; and IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that all of said protests or objection to the said report of the work done, be and the same are hereby overruled and the report affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax Collector.
