WHEREAS, Thomas Salvatore presented to the City Council of Santa Ama a grant deed dated June 26th, 1947, conveying certain real pro- perty to the City of Santa Ana, a municipal corporntion. Said real pro- perry being situated in the County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: That portion of Lots 6, 7 and $ in Block K of the Ross Addition to Santa Aha, as per map thereof recorded in Book 3, pages 534 and 535 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Califor- nia. Beginning at a point in the West line of said Lot 6, distant thereon 120.57 feet Northerly from the Southwest corner of said Lot 6, said point of beginning being also the beginning of a curve tangent to the West line of said Lot 6, concave to the Northeast, having a radius of 500 feet and a central angle of 11°29'55"; and run~ing thence Southerly along the arc of said curve a distance of 100.33 feet to the beginning of a compound curve, concave to the ~ortheast, having a radius of 20 feet and a central angle of 78o16'-35"; thence continuing Southerly and Easterly along the arc of said compound curve a distance of 27.32 feet to a line tangent which is parallel with and 5 feet Northerly from the South line of said lots 6, 7 and 8; thence Easterly along said parallel line to the East line of the West half of said Lot S; ~hence Southerly along said East line, 5 feet to the Southeast corner of said West half of Lot 8; thence West- erly along the South line of said West half of Lot S and the South line of said lots 7 and 6 to the Southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Lot 6, 120.57 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to: 1. Taxes for the fiscal year 1947-48, a lien. 2. Conditions, reservations, restrictions, easements, rights and rights of way of record. NOW THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ana ac- cepts said deed and the City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby in- structed to attach to said deed ~ certified copy of this Resolution and to provide for the recording of said deed with the County Recorder of Orange County.
