RESOLUTION N0, 3~-~y <br />Resolution Authorizing and Directln~ the <br />City Clerk to Advertise for Bids for the <br />Improvement of the South half of St. <br />Gertrude Place, from Flower Street to <br />the West llne of T~act No. 681, in the <br />City of Santa Aha, and Fixing the Pre- <br />vailing Wage Rate. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> That the City Clerk is.hereby authorized and directed <br />to advertise as required by law for the receipt of sealed bids or <br />proposals for the doing of the work specified in those certain <br />plans and specifications adopted the 18th day of August, 1947, by <br />this City Council for the Improvement of the South half of St. <br />Gertrude Place, from Flower Street to the West line of Tract. <br />No. 581, which said advertisement shall be substantially in the <br />following words and figures, to-wit: <br /> <br />NOTICE INVITING SEA?.RD PROPOSALS <br /> <br /> In pursuance of a resolution of the Board of Trustees <br />of the City of Santa Aha, Orange County, California, adopted <br />directing this notice, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the said Board <br />of Trustees will receive at the office of the City Clerk in the <br />City Hall of the City of Santa Aha, on or before the hour of 7:30 <br />otclock p.m., on the 2nd day of September, 1947, sealed bids or <br />proposals for the IMPROVEMENT OF THE SOUTH HALF OF ST.
