RESOLUTION NO. ~600 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3533 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha, dated the 18th day of December, 1948, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the <br />Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 8, 1938, <br />the City Council did declare that the foll~wing curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Ana be painted Red as pro- <br />vided in Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, <br />and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curb to <br />be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> NORTH BROADWAY <br /> <br /> ~.0n the East side between Church and Tenth Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The North 34 feet of the South 178 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br /> <br />and eliminate that certain no parking zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing no <br />parking zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby <br />directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> Be it ~urther resolved that pursuant to t~ provisions <br /> of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br /> provisions of said Ordinance No. 1030, the following curb along <br /> the public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Red <br /> <br /> <br />
