RESOLUTION NO. S604 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED GRANTING REAL PRO- PERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES. WHEREAS, Ernest W. Eeinze and Twila Heinze, husband and wife, presented to the City Council of Santa Aha a deed dated August 25th, 1957, conveying certain real property situated in the County of Orange, State of California and described as follows: That portion of Sec. 12, T 5 South, R l0 West, S. B. B. & M., described as follows: Beginning a~ the point of intersection of the East line of Bristol Street, as conveyed to the City of Santa Aha by deed recorded in Book 515, page ll of Deeds, Records of Orange County, with the South line of Fifth Street, and running thence South along sa~d East line of Bristol Street, 125 feet; thence East parallel with the S~th line of Fifth Street, 32.65 feet; thence Northerly to a point in the South line of Fifth Street, distant thereon Easterly 37.38 feet from said East line of Bristol Street; thence West along said South line 37.38 feet to the point of beginning. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~-'~iD, that the City of Santa Aha accepts said deed conveying said real property hereinabove described, and the City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby instructed to record said deed with the County Recorder of Orange County. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 29th day of September, 1947.
