RESOLUTION NO. ~605 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED GRA~iNG EASEi~ENT FOR STREET PURPOSES. ¥~tEREAS, the Haven Seed Company, a Corporation, has presented to the City Council of Santa Ann a grant deed dat,ed 0etobe~ 6th 1947, conveying an easement for all the uses and purposes of a public street in, over and upon all that real property situate in the City 0f~San- ta Ann, County of Orange, State of California and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Flower Street as described below, 677.27 feet, more or less, northerly from the north line of Tract No. ll91, as recorded in Book 37, Page 25, Records of Orange County. Thence westerly at right angles to the center line of Flower Street 22 feet to a point; thence northerly 22 feet distsnt from ann parallel to the center line 9f Flower Street 676.91 feet, more or less, to the center line of Edinger Street; thence easterly along the center line of Ed- inger Street 22 feet to the intersection of the center line of Edinger Street with the center line of Flower Street; thence southerly along the center line of Flower Street to the point of beginning. The center line of Flower Street referred to above is more particularly described as follows: BeginniD~ at the intersection of the center line of Flower Street with the north line of Tract No. 289, as recorded in Book l&, Page 8, Niscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, said point being the northwest corner of the said Tract No. 289. Thence northerly in a straight line to the intersection of t~e center line of Flower Street with the center line of Edinger Street as shown on a map of Tract No. ~52, recorded in Book 15 Pages 15 and 16, Records of Orange County. Excepting therefrom the right of way for that portion of Ed- inger Street included in the above description. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ann accepts the deed of said easement in Over and upon the real property hereinabove described. The City Cler~ of the City of Santa Ann is hereby instructed to cause Said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of October, 1947. ATTEST: City Clerk (SEAL)
