RESOLUTION NO. 3613 RS~SOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH A SET-,RACK LINE ON GRAND AVE~KrE Ai~D Gi~JING NOTICE OF HEkRING T~REOF. %~SIEREAS, the public convenience, interest and welfare require a set- bac~ as herein described, now therefore: BE IT RESOLVED that it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana to establish a set-back line along Gr~d Avenue between the Center line of First Street to a poiat 165 feet, more or less, North of the Center line of Fourth Street in the City of S~lta Ana, County of Orange, State of California, ~d described as follows: Beginning at a point in the South line of Lot 10, 7~1oc~ "C", Bart- lett's Addition, as recorded in Book 13, Page 45, Records of Los A~L~geles County, l0 feet Easterly from the Southwest corner of the said Lot 10. Thence Northerly l0 feet Easterly from and psrallel to the ~est line of the said Bartlett's Addition to a point which is 50 feet Southerly from the North line of Lot 9, Block "A" of the sai(~ ~artlett's Addition; thence Northerly in s str~ig~t line to a point in %~e Norti~ line of t~e ssid Lot 9, Block "A", whica is 12.35 feet Easterly fr~n tile Northwest corner of the said Lot 9, Block "A", Bartlett's Addition. The proposed set-back on the ¥~est side of Grand Avenue, North of Fourth Street is aescribed as follo~vs: Beginning at a poinD in the East li~e ol~ Bloc~ "F", Tract No. 3~, as recorded in Book 15, Page 5, Records of Orange County, which is 124 2eet~Northerty. frOm,the Southeast corner of the said Block "F"; thence Southerly in a straight line to a point in the South line of the said Bloc~ "F" which is 6.23 feet ~esterly from the Southeast corner of the said Block "F". Notice is hereby given that at the hour of 7:30 P.~. on the 15th day of December, 1947, in the Council Chambers in Dma, Ca&i~ornia, all persons having any objection the proposed set-back line may appear and present the City Hall in Santa to the establishment of their objections. Any person having any interest in any land upon which said set-back line is proposed to be established may file a written protest or objection against said establishment with the City Clerk of the City of S~nta An~ at any time not later then the hour set for the hearing next hereinabove provided.
