Edwaras recordem April 30, 19~8, in Book 1409 at page 200, Official Records, in the office of t~e County Recorder of said Orange County, California, distant thereon 35 feet Northerly from the Southwest corner of saiG l~nd and tanning thence Easterly, parallel with the Southerly line oI' saia lend, 835.64 feet. NOW THERE~.0R~:, BE IT RESOLVED that t~e City Council of tl~e City of Santa Ana accepts said deed conveying said easement in the real property hereinabove described, and the City Cleri~ of the City oi Santa Ann is ~ereby instructed to provide for the recording of said deed with the Court- ty Recorder of Orange County.
