RESOLUTION NO. 36~O ?~EREAS, William L. Vose and Clara E. Vose, husband and wife, nave presented to the City Council of Santa Ans a deed dated November 20, 1947 conveying an easement for all purposes and uses of building and maintain- lng a public bridge and a public street in, over, along, upon and across that real property situated in the City of Santa Ann, County of' Orange, State of California, and described as follows: A parcel of land for a brimge site being a portion of Lot 12, Bates Tract and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of BEistol Street which is dist~t 1272.19 feet Southerly from the intersection of said center line with the center line of Garden (~ove Blvd. (Fairhaven); said intersection being the corner of Sections l, 2, 35 a.~d 36, Township ~ and 5, South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.; said point being ~0 feet Northerly from an axle at the 'So~tnwest corner of Lot 12 of the Bates Tract, as shown on a map recorded in t~e ~iscella~- eous ~aps, Book 1, Page 96, Records of Orange County, California; thence Northerly' along the center line of Bristol Street 25 feet to a point; thence easterly at right angles to the center line of Bristol Street 40 feet to a point; thence $outher!y parallel to the center line of Bristol Street 25 feet to a point; thence Westerly ~0 feet to the point of beginning.
