R SOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> · RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARXING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 10~0 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. ~69 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, dated the 4th day of December, 1944, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br />of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance regulating the <br />use of Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1946, <br />the City Council did declare that the following curb along t~e <br />public Highway in th~ City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow <br />as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br />No. 1030, and the CitY Engineer was thereby directed to cause <br />said curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> EAST THIRD STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between French Street and the Pacific <br />Electric Railway Tracks, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 42 feet of the West 227 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br />and eliminate that certain loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading <br />zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed <br />to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the /f_2~day of ~ <br />1947. <br /> <br />City' Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
