RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LI~IITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following curb along the public highway <br />in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow, as provided in <br />Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the <br />City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted <br />Yellow, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST FOURTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side, between Ross and Van Ness Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 27 feet of the West ll2 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, a~ its regular ~meeting held on the 15t~h <br /> <br />day of Jm~l$ , 1947.
