State of California Board of Public Realth ~ESOLUTI 0N NO. Resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, as contracting City for Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer Agreement, that. pursuant and subject to all the terms, conditions and provisions of the Public Health Act of the State of Cal lfornia, approved March ~, 1907, and all amendments thereto, application by this City be made to the State Board of Public Health of the Stats of California, for a permit to ~eceive and dispose through the outfall sawer, certain oil film waste water originating on property leased by Federal Oil Company, adjacent to the outfall line. The above waste water to be disposed into the ocean in water SS feet deep, more or less, that the M~or of said C~ty Council be and is hereby authorized and directed to cause the necessary data to be prepared, and investigations to be made, and in the name of said City to sign and file such application with the said State Board of Public ~ealth.
