RESOLUTION 64-82 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of real property at the <br />southeast corner of Edinger Avenue and Fairview Street dedicated <br />to the City vehicular access rights at said location and the <br />present owner, STATER BROS. MARKETS, has now requested driveway <br />locations across said area and the City has detezmined to grant <br />the same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of real property at the <br />southeast corner of Edinger Avenue and Fairview Street dedicated <br />to the City vehicular access rights at said location and the <br />present owner, TEXACO, INC., has now requested driveway locations <br />across said area and the City has determined to grant the same; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of real property on the <br />north side of Seventeenth Street, east of Wright Street, dedicated <br />to the City vehicular access rights to Seventeenth Street and the <br />present owners have now requested driveway locations across said <br />area and the City has determined to grant the same. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the <br />Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />a deed quitclaiming to STATER BROS. MARKETS, a California corpora- <br />tion, vehicular access rights at the southeast corner of Edinger <br />Avenue and Fairvtew Street and deliver the same to said owner. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of <br />the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br />quitclaiming to TEXACO, INC., a Delaware corporation, vehicular <br />access rights at the southeast corner of Fairview Street and <br />Edinger Avenue and deliver the same to said owner. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of <br />the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br /> quitclaiming to the LEGAL OWNERS AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS <br />MAY APPEAR OF RECORD vehicular access rights to Seventeenth Street <br />and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of June, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF O~ANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
