RESOLUTION 64-84 DECLARING THE CONSENT OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />TO COMMENCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER THE <br />ANNEXATION ACT OF 1913 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, residents and property owners in the area lying <br />northwest and southwest and southeast of Tustin and Santa Clara <br />Avenues and easterly of Tustin Avenue between Santa Clara and <br />Fairhaven Avenues have requested that annexation proceedings be <br />co~mmenced for the annexation of the territory by the filing of <br />a Petition For Consent requesting the same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a map and description of the boundaries of said <br />area have been presented to the Santa Aha Planning Commission <br />for their consideration, and said Con~ission has reported to <br />the City Council recommending that said annexation proceedings <br />be approved and carried forward. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana hereby consents to the co~mmencement of <br />proceedings for the annexation of territory to be known as <br />"SANTA CLARA AND TUSTIN N. W.
