P~ESOLUTION 64-88 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HALTER O. HILL and ORA G. HILL have delivered to <br />the City a deed dated June 2, 1964, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the south side of Seventeenth Street, east of <br />Harper Street; and <br /> <br />to the <br />street <br />Tustin <br /> <br />WHEREAS, RAYMOND J. HULL and WINONA A. HULL have delivered <br />City a deed dated May 20, 1964, conveying an easement for <br />purposes on the north side of Seventeenth Street, fr~m New <br />Avenue to Old Tustln Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, H. & J. MABURy COMPANY, a corporation, has delivered <br />to the City a deed dated January 20, 1964, conveying an easement <br />for drainage purposes west of Tustin Avenue and North of Fruit <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CARL L. JACOBER and EDNA R. JACOBERhave delivered <br />to the City a deed dated June 3, 1964, conveying an easement for <br />alley purposes south of First Street, 100 feet west of Baker Street; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE MEXICAN CONFERENCE OF THE FREEMETHODIST CHURCH <br />OF NORTH AMERICA has delivered to the City a deed dated May 28, <br />1964, conveying an easement for street purposes on the south side <br />of Myrtle Street, between Spruce Street and Forest Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration <br />being ~aid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated <br />agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said <br />deeds. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of June, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
