RESOLUTION 64-99 AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A <br />DEED AND EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED <br />EXCHANGING VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS BETWEEN <br />THE CITY AND GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF ORANGE <br />COUNTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF ORANGE COUNTY, a corporation, <br />has presented to the City a deed dated June 15, 1964, conveying to <br />the City vehicular access rights to and from certain real property <br />on the south side of Fifth Street, west of Fairview Street, in <br />exchange for other vehicular access rights to and from said land; <br />and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, <br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit- <br />claiming to GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF ORANGE COUNTY, a corporation, <br />vehicular access rights for driveway locations to that certain <br />property on the south side of Fifth Street and the west side of <br />Fairview Street and deliver the same to said owners. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of June, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
