S871 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNIi.~G PAP~KING LI~ilTATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An 0rdi- <br />nance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the use of Public <br />Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1956, the City <br />Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow, <br />as provided in subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br />No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause <br />said curb to be painted Yellow, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> On the North side between Broadway and Birch Street, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 18 feet of the West 268 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> adJourne~ <br />Santa Ana at its regular/meeting held on the ~h day of <br /> <br />Hovem~eF <br /> <br />1949. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />M ay or <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
