RESOLUTION N0.3872 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, MAKING <br />FINDINGS AND OVERRULING PROTESTS AND <br />OBJECTIONS. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council by its Resolution <br /> <br />No. 38~, adopted on the 17th day of October, 1929, declared <br />its intention to order the construction of certain street <br />work under the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and <br />in said resolution fixed the 21st day of November, 1949, <br />at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P. M. in the Council Chambers <br />of this City Council, as the time andplace for the he~ing <br />before this City Council of protests and objections; and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, at the time and place fixed in said <br />Resolution No. 38%8 , a hearing w as duly held by this City <br />Council at which all written protests or objections were <br />duly presented and read and all persons desiring to be <br />heard thereon were heard, and this City Council gave all <br />persons present an opportunity to be heard in respect of <br />any matter relating to the work proposed in said Resolution <br />No. 38~8 or the boundaries of the assessment district <br />described therein, or in any way relating to the proceedings <br />proposed by said Resolution No. 3858 ; and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, all persons desiring to appear and be <br />heard have been heard, and this City Council has taken evi- <br />dence relating to said proposed work, the boundaries of the <br />proposed assessment district and the benefits of the property <br />to be included in the proposed assessment district, and is <br />fully informed in the premises; <br /> <br /> <br />
