RESOLUTION NO. ~87~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> L[NDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordi- <br />nance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the use of Public <br />Highways ~ thin said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City <br />Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow, <br />as provided in subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br />No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause <br />said curb to be painted Yellow, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> BIRCH STREET <br /> <br /> On East side between Fourth Street and Fifth Street~ <br />locsted as follows: <br /> <br /> The North 17 feet of the South 22 feet. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the <br />Santa Ana at its regular , ,,, ,' meeting held on the ~ <br /> <br />,, Nowember , 1949. <br /> <br />City of <br /> <br />21.$day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~~ <br /> CityClerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SmArt) <br /> <br /> <br />
