RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3828 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana entitled "An Ordinance <br />Regulating the Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted <br />April 8, 1938, the City Council did declare that the following <br />curb along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be <br />painted Yellow as provided in Subdivision "h" of Section 9 of said <br />Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to <br />cause the curb to be painted as above described on the following <br />curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> BUSH STREET <br /> <br /> On the West side between Fifth and Sixth Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The North 21.9 feet of the South 104.8 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and <br />eliminate that certain loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading <br />zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed <br />to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana, at its regular <br /> <br />day of Novem~e~ , 1949. <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />meeting held on the 21m~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
