Requested by Miss Nadie Kaufmann <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 38?5 , <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code <br />of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance Noo 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordi- <br />nance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the use of Public <br />Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City <br />Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the <br />public highways in the 'City of Santa Aha shall be painted green <br />and shat1 bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating <br />that the maximum time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) <br />minutes, as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said <br />Ordinance No, 1030, a%d the City Engineer is hereby directed <br />to cause said curb to be painted as above described, on the fol- <br />lowing curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> EAST F RST <br /> <br /> On the North side between Wright and Lyon Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 33 feet of the West 198feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPPED By THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the ~th day of' <br /> <br /> ., December , 1949. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
