Walker~Insumance <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PA~KING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 AS AMENDED BY <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1192 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> ~ That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Uss of Public Highways <br />Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, as amended by Ordinance <br />No. 1192, adopted January 20, 1947, the City Council does hereby <br />declare that the following public highways in the City of Santa <br />Aha shall be a two hour parking zone, as provided in Subdivision <br />"ff" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, as amended by <br />Ordinance No. 1192, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to <br />post two (2) notices of said parking limitation on both sides of <br />said Street in each block, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> NORTH BROADWAY <br /> <br /> On both sides, between Eighth and Tenth Streets. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPT~u by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the <br />~h day of Deo~mb~r ., 19~9. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
