RESOLUTION NO. 3878 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore an agreement was entered into between the <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA as contracting City of Section i of Orange County <br />Joint Outfall Sewer and ORANGE COAST JLrNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT cover- <br />lng the use of a portion of the sawer pipe lines and treatment plant <br />for the disposal of sewage for She sanitary sewer system~f the Santa <br />Aha Army Air Base; and <br /> <br /> W~W~EAS, said sanitary sewer system is now held and operated <br />by the County of Orange under an Interim Lease Agreement with the <br />Government of the United States and the County of Orange desires to <br />enter into an agreement for the same purposes and upon the same terms <br />and conditions; <br /> <br /> NOW, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Agreement proposed <br />for exe,~tion and the terms and conditions thereof, be and the same is <br />herab~ approved and the CITY OF SANTA ~A is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute the same for and on behalf of <br /> <br /> THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />if and when said Agreement is approved by the other contracting <br />parties $o the Joint 0utfell Sewer Agreement. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the CityCouncil of the City of Santa Aha <br />at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of <br /> <br /> December , 1949. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br /> CIT~ <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />cITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />(SE ) <br /> <br />(SEAL~ <br /> <br /> · I, ERMAKEFA~, do hereby certify that I am the City Clerk of <br />the Cmty of Santa~,-~hd ex-officio Clerk of the City Councml of the City <br />of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and <br />read to the said Council at its regula~ meeting held on the ~ <br />day of December , 1959 and was at said meeting regularly passe~ <br />and adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: Courtney R.
