RESOLUTION NO. 374~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE ~T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> WHerEAS, by Resolution No. ~330 of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa,Aha, pursuant to the provisions of~he Vehicle Code <br />of the State of California, and pua~suant to the ~ovisions of ~ <br />Ordinance No. 1030.nf the City of Santa Aha entitled "An Ordinance <br />Regulating the Use of Public Highways within said Cit~', adopted <br />April 6, 1936, the City Council did declare that the following curb <br />along the public highways in the City of Santa Aha shall be p&inted <br />Yellow as provided in Subdivision "h" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br />No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause the <br />curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> On the West <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> The Northerly 24 feet <br /> <br /> ~USH ST~!~iT <br /> <br />side between Third and Fourth Streets, <br /> <br />of the Southerly 87 feet. <br /> <br />locate~ <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon ~ud <br />eliminate that certain loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading zone <br />is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to <br />cause the paint on s$id curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana~ at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of February~ <br /> <br />1949. <br />ATTEST: ~~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />(SE ) <br /> <br /> <br />
