WHEREAS, all such persons desiring to be heard <br />have been heard by this City Council; and <br /> <br /> ~fHEREAS, protsstshave not been made by the <br />owners of more than one-half o~ the area~of the property <br />to be assessed for the.work or improvement, and all pro- <br />tests and ~bJections have been overruled and denied by <br />this City Council, and this City Oouneil has acquired <br />Ju~isdiction ko order the work describe~l in said Resol~- <br />tion No. 3858; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND <br /> <br />ORDER as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the public interest and con- <br />venience require and the City Council o2 said city hereby <br />orders the following work to be done or improvement to be <br />made, to wit: all that certain work or improvement des- <br />cribed in said Resolution No. 3868, adopted by this City <br />Council on October 17, 1949, and on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk of said city. Reference is hereby made to <br />said Resolution.No. 3858 and to plans (which include pro- <br />files and detailed drawings) for said work which are de- <br />signated "Plan No. 194," en file in the office of the City <br />Clerk of said city and to specifications for said work, <br />Which are designated "Specifications No. 194," also on file <br />in the office of said City Clerk, for a more particular de- <br />s.¢ription of sai~work and for the grades at which such work <br />shall be done. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this City Council has determined <br />and declared that the said contemplated work hereinbefore <br /> <br /> <br />
