Section 5. That said work and all proceedings <br />therefor shall be done and performed under and in accordance <br />with said "Improvement Act of 1911." <br /> <br /> Section 6. That the City Clerk of said city is <br />hereby directed to post conspicuously for ten (10) days <br />on or near the chamber door of this City Council, in the <br />manner and form required by law, a notice inviting sealed <br />proposals or bids for doing said work ordered hereby, and <br />said City Clerk is hereby directed to publieh twice in the <br />SANTA ANA INDEPENDENT, a newspaper of general circulation <br />published and circulated in said city, notice inviting such <br />sealed proposals or bids for doing said work and referring to <br />the specifications on file in the"0ffICe ~f said City Clerk, <br />and said notices shall contain the matters and things re- <br />quired by law.
