CLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> HOURLY <br />WAGE RATE <br /> <br />TRUCK DRIVERS: <br /> Drivers of Dump Trucks (less than 4 <br /> yards water level) 1.65 <br /> Drivers of Dump Trucks (4 yards but <br /> less than 8 yards water level) 1.67 <br /> Drivers of Dump Trucks (8 yards but <br /> less than 12 yards water level) 1.72 <br /> Water Truck Drivers - under 2500 gal 1.70 <br /> Water Truck Drivers - 2§00 gal. or more 1.82 <br /> Any classification omitted herein not less <br /> than 1.57 <br /> <br />FOREMEN - All foremen not herein separately <br /> classified shall be paid not less <br /> than 17-1/2 cents per hour more <br /> than Journeym~u rate for craft <br /> involved. <br /> <br />Indentured apprentices under Section <br /> l??V.5 of the Labor Code of the State <br /> of California who are employed for <br /> said work shall be paid in accordance <br /> with said Section 1777.5 <br /> <br />PER DIEM <br />WAGE <br /> <br />13.20 <br /> <br />13.36 <br /> <br />13.76 <br />13.60 <br />14.56 <br /> <br />12.56 <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the general prevailing rate for <br />overtime work in said locality for each craft or type of <br />workEan needed to execute said contract is determined to <br />be one and one-half (l-l/2) times the said prevailing hourly <br />rate of wage for each hour of working time more than eight <br />(8) hours, during any one calendar day. Said rate is de- <br />termined to be the general prevailing rate for working time <br />on Sundays and the following seven legal holidays, to wit: <br />New Year's Day, Decoration Day, Independence Day, Labor <br />Day, Armistice Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. <br />If any of the above named holidays occur on Sunday, the <br />Monday next succeeding shall be considered a legal holiday. <br />Notwithstanding the general provisions hereinabove set <br />forth, the straight rates as specified for flagmen, guards <br />~and watchmen are applicable to a maximum of eight (8) <br /> <br /> hours per calendar day including SatUrdays, Sundays and <br /> holidays for a total of not over forty (40) hours per <br /> week, but the overtime rate hereinabove set forth applies <br /> <br /> 3. <br /> <br /> <br />
