RESOLUTION NO. ~886 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED GRANTING EASEMENT <br /> <br /> WhErEAS, ~TH E. WILSON AND LUCILLE L. WILSON, husband <br />and wife, have presented the City Council of Santa Aha, California, <br />a deed dated December 10, 19fl9 conveying an easement for all <br />the purposes and uses of a public street through, along, upon <br />and across that real property situated in the County of Orange, <br />State of California and described as follows: <br /> <br /> A strip of land 5 feet in width, the north line <br /> of which is 25 feet south of and parallel to the <br /> center line of 17th Street, as it exists easterly <br /> from English Street, and more particularly described <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> The northerly 5 feet of Lot "H", as shown on a <br /> map of ~ecord of Survey 3-7, Records of Orange County. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa <br /> <br />Aha accepts the deed of said easement in, over and upon the real <br />property hereinabove described.
