RESOLUTION NO. 3888 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING THROUGH STREETS IN THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA AMA <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COIH~CIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1050 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following named public streets within the <br />said City of Santa Aha between the limits hereinafter described <br />are hereby declared to be through streets, within the meaning <br />contemplated and intended by the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California: <br /> <br /> FLOWER STREET - from the North line of Edinger Street <br />to the North line of Delhi Road, except at the intersection of <br />St. Gertrude Place. <br /> <br /> DELHI ROAD that portion within the city limits of the <br />city of Santa Ana extending from the East line of Bristol Street <br />to the West line of Main Street, and all south bound traffic <br />shall stop before entering the intersection. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 195h day of <br /> <br /> Decembe~ , 1949. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Nayo'r <br /> <br /> <br />
