RESOLUTION 64-103 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, FERNANDO RAYA and VIRGINIA RAYA have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated June 22, 1964, conveying an easement for
<br />alley purposes north of Chestnut Street, 100 feet west of Minnie
<br />Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, WAYNE CLARK, Trustee, in accordance with that
<br />certain Declaration of Trust Dated April 29, 1964, executed by
<br />TONY ROJO and MARY ROJO, husband and wife as joint tenants, has
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated May 29, 1964, conveying an ease-
<br />ment for street purposes at the northwest corner of Baker and
<br />West Third Streets; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, HENRY
<br />T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR.,
<br />JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM, THE HEIRS and DEVISEES of the ESTATE OF
<br />ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, deceased, and NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated June 8, 1964, conveying easements
<br />for street purposes at the southwest corner of Eleventh and Spurgeon
<br />Streets and the northwest corner of Tenth and Spurgeon Streets; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SASH & DOOR CO., a corporation,
<br />has delivered to the City a deed dated June 25, 1964, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes at the southeast corner of Cypress
<br />Avenue and Chestnut Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ALBANHOLTZ and BERNADINE HOLTZ have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated June 26, 1964, conveying an easement for
<br />traffic signal purposes at the southeast corner of McFadden and
<br />Standard Avenues; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ANN SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P.
<br />SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T.
<br />SEGERSTROM, JR., JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM and NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM
<br />have delivered to the City a deed dated May 15, 1964, conveying
<br />easements for street purposes for Susan Street, from Old Talbert
<br />Avenue to 1000 feet south of New Talbert Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ROBERT E. JONES and ELIZABETH WELLS JONES have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated April 14, 1964, conveying ease-
<br />ments for street purposes for Susan Street, from Old Talbert Avenue
<br />to 1000 feet south of New Talbert Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, REGINALD T. ROGERS and PRISCILLA LEE ROGERS have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated June 26, 1964, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes on Toland Street, north of Kent Avenue;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
<br />being paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Aha.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
<br />is directed to place his certificate of acceptance on said deeds.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of July, 1964.
