RESOLUTION 64-110 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, HERBERT M. CARQUEVILLE, JR. has delivered to the
<br />City a deed dated January 3, 1963, conveying an easement for street
<br />purposes for the south side of Alton Street, East of Main Street;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, FRANK PITTMANhas delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated December 19, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />for an unnamed street south of Sherwood Avenue, east of Maple
<br />Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MARy JEAN ROVIN has delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated January 19, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />for an unnamed street south of Sherwood Avenue, east of Main Street;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MARY JEAN ROVIN has delivered to the City four deeds
<br />dated ~anuaz~ 11,:19635 conveying easements for street purposes for
<br />an unnamed street south of Sherwood Avenue, between Maple and Main
<br />Streets; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MARY JEAN ROVIN and LEO ROVIN have delivered to the
<br />City two deeds dated January 19, 1963, conveying easements for
<br />street purposes for an unnamed street south of Sherwood Avenue, east
<br />of Maple Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JAMES A. STEPHENS, ALICE F. STEPHENS, JAMES C.
<br />DODSON, JR., BETTYANN DODSON, ROBERT B. HOLLAND and FRANKLENA E.
<br />HOLLAND have delivered to the City a deed dated December 26, 1962,
<br />conveying an easement for street purposes south of Sherwood Avenue,
<br />East of Maple Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JAMES C. DODSON, JR., BETTYANN DODSON, JAMES A.
<br />STEPHENS, ALICE F. STEPHENS and INA L. STEPHENS have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated December 26, 1962, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes south of Sherwood Avenue, between Maple and Main
<br />Streets; and
<br />
<br /> WHERF2%S, LEO ROVIN and NORMAN L. ENTEMANN, a partnership,
<br />D/B/A CARL ENTENMANN and SON, have delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated December 19, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />south of Sherwood Avenue, between Main and Maple Streets; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, FRANK PITTMAN has delivered to the City a deed dated
<br />December 19, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes south
<br />of Sherwood Avenue, between Main and Maple Streets; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, BILL G. WELLS and LARRY L. CARTER have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated July 9, 1964, conveying an easement for street
<br />purposes on the north side of Camile Street, east of Jackson Street;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
<br />being paid to said grantors by the City;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
<br />agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
<br />deeds.

<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of July, 1964.
