RESOLUTION 64-111 CORRECTING AN ERROR IN <br />RESOLUTION 64-106 DESIGNATING CONDITIONS <br />ELIMINATED IN GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLI- <br />CATION NO. 1944 FILED BY CLARENCE R. AND <br />LURA BABB <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore on July 20, 1964, the City Council <br />adopted Resolution 64-106 purported to eliminate two conditions <br />imposed on the granting of a variance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the numbers used in said Resolution to designate <br />the conditions eliminated were shown in error. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution 64-106 is <br />hereby corrected and amended to change the conditions designated <br />by number in the title and in the second, third and fourth paragraphs <br />thereof as "Conditions No. 4 and No. 6" to read "Conditions No. 2 <br />and No. 4", and said Resolution is in all other respects confirmed. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
