RESOLUTION 64-112 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS FRANCIS J. MEDINA has delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated July 20, 1964, conveying an easement for street purposes for
<br />the north half of a new street south of Alton Street, east of Main
<br />Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS CHARLES P. HAUPERT and RUBY LEE HAUPERT have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated July 21, 1964, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes on the south side of Alton Street,
<br />east of Main Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS CHARLES P. HAUPERT and RUBY LEE HAUPERT have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated July 21, 1964, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes on the south side of Alton Street,
<br />east of Main Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS WILBUR B. CHILCOTE and BLANCHE F. CHILCOTE have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated July 22, 1964, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes on the south side of Alton Street,
<br />at Oak Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS A. E. ARNOLD, RICHARD HASTER, KATHERINE E. ARNOLD
<br />and RUTH M. HASTER have delivered to the City a deed dated
<br />December 20, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes on
<br />the south side of Alton Street, east of Main Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS C. J. ALEXANDER has delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated July 22, 1964, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />for an alley south of First Street, east of Bristol Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, SHELL OIL COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, has
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated June 18, 1964, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes at the northerly corner of Grand
<br />Avenue and McClay Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, EDGAR F. HIRTH and MARGARET D. HIRTH have delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated July 10, 1964, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the north side of Seventeenth Street, west of
<br />Wright Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ROBERT R. DORMEYER and KATHERINE P. DORMEYER have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated July 2, 1964, conveying an
<br />easement for alley purposes north of Chestnut Avenue, east of
<br />Evergreen Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JOHN ROHRS and VERA B. ROHRS, as Trustees under
<br />Declaration of Trust executed by John Rohrs and Vera B. Rohrs as
<br />Trustors, MILDRED MARIE BROWN and HELEN C. ROECKER have delivered
<br />to the City a quitclaim deed dated July 21, 1964, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes on the north side of Seventeenth
<br />Street, east of Santiago Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, BELSHIRE APARTMENTS, INC., a corporation, has
<br />delivered to the City a quitclaim deed quitclaiming its interest
<br />in an easement for street purposes on the north side of Seventeenth
<br />Street, east of Santiago Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GUARANTY CHEVROLET MOTORS, a corporation, has
<br />delivered to the city a deed dated July 21, 1964, quitclaimihg its
<br />interest in an easement for street purposes on the north side of
<br />Seventeenth Street, east of Santiago Street; and
