RESOLUTION 64-113 0VEBRULING PROTESTS <br />OR OBJECTIONS TO REPORT OF W.:.m ABATE~EI~ <br />COSTS BY STP~T SUPERIhT~a~E~T, APPROVING <br />REPORT AND ORDERING A COPY T-,.'~EOF <br /> W-'£~i ',1i~ TAX COT.T~CTOR <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLV~ BY ~ CITT C0~NCIL OF 'l'~i~ CTTY OF S~TA <br />W~h~EAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did, o~ the 20th day of <br />April, 1964, pass Resolution 6~-56, determining a~d declaring that weeds <br />which bear seeds of a wing or dow~ nature and which attain such a large <br />growth as to becom~ a fire menace when dry and which ere noxious and <br />d~erous, were grow~_ug upon the streets, sidewal~ and private property iu <br />the City of Santa Ana, described in the ite~nlzed report sulmmitted therewith; <br />and <br /> <br /> W~HEAS, on the 4th day of May, 1964, the City Council further <br />passed Resolution 64-70, ordering the Street Superintendent of said City to <br />abate such public nuisance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said Street Superintendent has given notice as <br />required by law, in which notice the 3rd day of August, 1964, at the hour <br />of 7:30 o'clock P.M., was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of <br />the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested <br />in the said report might be heard; and <br /> <br /> W~S, at the time set, the S~et Superintendent having <br />submitted the said report and all of said protests or objections to said <br />report having been heard; <br /> <br /> IT IS ~,:~EBY RESOLVED Dy the City Council of the City of santa <br />Aha that all of said protests or objections to the said report of the work <br />done~ be, and the same are, hereby overruled and the reportafflrmedand <br />that the Street Superintendent be, and he is, hereby directed to file a <br />copy of said report with the Tax Collector. <br /> <br /> PA~S~ AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />at its regular meet~nE held o~ the 3rd day of August, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CT.W~I( OF T~E C01~NCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF C~) <br />C~ 0F ~E ) ss <br />C~ OF ~ ~ <br /> ) <br /> <br /> I~ DOI~M.
