Requested by United Automotive Service <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3908 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 8, 1938, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following curb along the public highway <br />in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted green and shall bear <br />a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum <br />time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, as provided <br />in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be <br />painted as above described, on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> SOUTH MAIN STREET <br /> <br />On the West side between First and Walnut Streets, <br /> <br />located as follows: <br /> The North 22 feet <br /> <br /> The North 21 feet <br /> <br />of the South 255 feet. <br />of the South 216 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 61~x day of <br />March, 1950. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
