RESOLUTION NO. 3909 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />AS FOLLOWS, <br /> <br /> That purmuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the pro- <br />visions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, <br />entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating <br />the Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted <br />April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that <br />the following named intersection within the said City <br />of Santa Ana, hereinafter described, is hereby declared <br />to be a stop intersection within the meaning contemplated <br />and intended by the Vehicle Code of the State of Cali- <br />fornia: <br /> <br />The intersection of BROADWAY AND ST. GERTRUDE <br />PLACE, and all traffic on Broadway shall stop <br />before entering the intersection. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br /> <br /> 6th day of March, 1950. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEA ) <br /> <br /> <br />
