RESOLUTIO!~ NO. 3891 RESOLUTION OF Ti~E CITY COUNCIL ~!~ifDING A CONDITION TO A VARIANCE GP~i~.~ED ON DECF2~ER 19, 19~9 ~THEREAS, a variance was granted on ~ecember 19, 1949, appli- cable to a parcel composed of two lots at 2018-2022 Halladay Street, known as Lots 23 and 2~ in Block 9 of Tract No. 560, by approving and adopting Planning Commission Resolution Number 292; and WPIEREAS, an error in the application caused a condition at- tached to the variance to limit the size of the house permitted thereby to be 20' x 22' while the intent of the condition was to al- low the proposed house to be equal in size to the existing front house on the parcel, being approximately 21' x 26'; and vf~EREAS, it is considered that in correcting said error the fundmmental purpose of the variance would not be altered, nor the general location of the proposed structure revised, but only a rela- tively small change in dimensions made; NOW, TthT~EFORE, BE IT RESOLYED: That the said condition be amended to permit the proposed ~ouse to be equal to, but not greater than, the size of the existing house on the front of said Lot 24.
