?. BE IT F~RTHE~ RESOLVED, that Local Agency hereby requests the State to pay the State,s share of the total cost to be p~aid for the acquisition for which Local Agency is requesting aid; 8. BE IT FURTH~ RESOLVED, that for the purpose of this request Ruby E. Bush, Purchasing Agent, 103 City Hall, Santa Ana, California be and she hereby is designated as the authorized agent of Local Agency and is hereby authorized and directed to sign the herein mentioned re- quest on behalf of Local Agency and to submit the same to the Postwar Public Works Review Board togsther with a ~certified statement of the to~al cost to be paid for the ~cquisition of the herein mentioned right-or-way or site and such other information as may be required; and ss.id ~uthor- ized agent is further authorized and directed as the representative of Local Agency to conduct all negotiations and conclude all arrangements, including submission to the Director of Finance of applications for pay- ment, which may be necessary to secure payment of the State,s share of the cost of the acquisition of the aforementioned right-of-way or site.
