CONSTRUCTION C0~PANY, have presented to the City Council of Santa And, California, a grunt deed dated December 16, 1949, conveying fee title in that certain real property in the City of santa Aha, County of O~ange, State of California, described ac follows= Beginning at the point of intersection of the center linc'of Ross Street ac shown on the map of Tract Rs. 597, recorded in Book 19, at page 17, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, with the center line of Auahu~st as shown on the map of Tract No. 1297, recorded in Book 39, at page 36, of Miscellane~ Maps, records of said Orange County, and X%Uming thence South 0e 31~ 03e West along the Westerly line of the strip of lan~. 27.5 feet wide dedicated to public use for high- way purposes, for the extension of Ross S~eet, on said ~ap cf said Tract No. 1297, ~2.47 feet to the Southerl2 line of said Tract No. 1297; thence North89e 2~t 2~ West 27,5 feet; thence North 0~ 31~ 03?
