RESOLUTION NO. 3929 RESOLUTION DEOLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH A SET-BACK LINE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF DELEI ROAD BE~N BRISTOL AND MAIN STREETS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aaa has recommended that a set-back line be established on the North side of Delhi Road as herein set out and the Council after study and consideration of said recommendation approves the same; NOW, THEREF01{E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa ~Ana hereby declares its intention to establish a set- back line as follows: A set-back line on the North Side of Delhi Road, ~0 feet from the center line of said Road between the Easterly line of Bristol Street and the Westerly line of South Main Street. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 2 o'clock P.M. on ~he 15th day of May, 1950 at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 3rd and Main Streets, Santa Aaa, California, is hereby established as the time and place when all persons having any objection to the wstablishment of the said proposed set-back line may appear and present any ob- jections which they may have thereto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Clerk is hereby di- rected to ~mblish notice of said hearing once in a newspaper, and the Santa Ann Independent is hereby designated as such newspaper, one copy of this resolution and the said Engineer's Office is directed to pos~_j6onspicuously upon the street front of each block or part of block of the street where such set-back line is proposed to be established; bo~h publication and posting shall be made at least ten (10) days before the time of said hearing.
