RESOL~TION 64-12~ OF TEE CITY C0~NCIL <br />OF T~ CITY OF SANTA ANA~ CALIFORNIA, <br />DETERMI~A~G TNAT TEE i~BLIC I2~I~2~EST <br />AND NECESSITT D~D '£~ ACQUISITION <br />OF CERTA~t ~NICIPAL IMPRO~ AND <br />MAKING FI~OINGS RELATING T~-~'~O <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Santa A~a, Califor~ia, DOES E RESOLVE, <br />D~.'£~MINE AND O~DE~ as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the public interest and necessity dem~ud the acquisition <br />by the City of Santa A~a of a certai~ m~nicipal lmprovement~ to wit: real property <br />for civic center site purposes and for streets in amd about said site. That the <br />estimated cost of said municipal improvement is the sum of $2,~00,000. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That said municipal improvement requires an expenditure greater <br />tham the 'amount allowed for it by the annual tax levy. <br /> <br /> Section ~.
