Section 2. The exact form of the question or propo- <br />sition to be voted upon at said bond election as it shall appear <br />on the ballot is as follows: <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA CIVIC CENTER LAND <br />ACQUISITION BONDSz <br />Shall the City of Santa Aha incur a <br />bonded indebtedness in the principal <br />sum of $2,400,000 for the acquisition <br />by said city of a certain municipal <br />improvement, to wit= real property <br />for civic center site purposes and <br />fer streets in and about said site? <br /> <br /> Said proposition shall be designated on the ballot by <br />a letter printed on the left margin of the square containing the <br />description of the measure, as provided in Section 10231 of the <br />Elections Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Said Board of Supervisors is hereby <br />authorized to canvass the returns of said city bond election <br />which it is hereby requested to consolidate with said statewide <br />general election and said elections shall be held in all respects <br />as if there were only one election, and only one form of ballot <br />shall be used. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Said Board of Supervisors is hereby re- <br />quested to issue instructions to the County Clerk to take any and <br />all steps necessary for the holding of said consolidated election. <br /> <br />Section 5. That the Clerk of the Council of the City <br />of Santa Aha is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
